Tour the room
Come see the classroom your child would join. Meet the teachers who run it. Ask about the day, the room, and how the first weeks work. You will leave knowing whether it fits your child.

Enroll and settle in
After you complete enrollment, we plan a first week that suits your child's routine. You tell us when your child naps, eats, and needs a quiet moment. We match those rhythms in the room so the days feel predictable from the start. Then you check in with your child's teacher, ask questions, and settle in alongside us.
What to have ready
Most families bring enrollment forms, a health form, and an immunization record. Have your emergency contacts and the names of people allowed to pick up your child ready. If you are unsure what a form asks for, call or email and we will walk you through it.
Pack a full change of clothes and label everything with your child's name. Add outdoor gear for the season, nap items if your child rests with a blanket or small pillow, and one comfort object from home. Labels keep your child's things with your child.
Before the first day, decide who will drop off and who will pick up. Tell us how you want to hear about your child's day. If your child is leaving Head Start or another program, we can talk through that transition with you.
The first weeks
The first days are often shorter while your child gets used to the room. Bring a familiar object from home. A teacher greets your child by name at the door. You can stay a little while if that helps.

What should my child bring on the first day?

You can ask to be told when a place opens for your child's age. Call or email to add your child's name and age to our list.
What should I ask on the tour?
Worth asking about include hours, meals, and how pickups work. Ask how the first weeks are handled and how the day is paced, from play to rest to learning. Ask anything else you need to feel sure. We will answer plainly, and where we do not have it, we will find it for you.
